Job Title: Human Resources
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee grievances.
Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and KPIs.
Identify and support training and development needs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle leave management, timekeeping, and attendance systems.
Support payroll processing and verify accuracy.
Manage employee benefits programs and related documentation.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Ensure adherence to employment regulations and health & safety policies.
Participate in audits and maintain HR documentation integrity.
