Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and follow up on interview feedback.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Support HR operations when required.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to work under deadlines.
MS Office proficiency.
