HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Conduct employee engagement activities and performance review support.

• Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
