Job Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding staff for different branches of Gurcharanam Academy.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Manage employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Conduct induction and training programs to align new employees with the Academy’s culture and standards.
Regularly monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
Coordinate with management to fulfill staffing requirements for teaching and non-teaching roles.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across all branches.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Recruitment and training expertise.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
