As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to ensure we meet the company’s staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Handle candidate offers and negotiations, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines.
Maintain and update candidate tracking records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.
