Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media
Conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate the recruitment process and maintain candidate records
Manage offer negotiation and candidate communication

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Good communication and interpersonal skills and must to speak in Hindi fluently
