Job Title: HR Executive/ Recruiter

Location: Noida Sector-62, ithum Tower

Experience: 1-2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16k- 20k

Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation. The candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, joining formalities)

• Handling Job Portals like (Naukri, Linkedin, Job Hai & Indeed)

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases

• Address employee queries and concerns

• Support employee engagement activities

• Assist in performance review coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of HR processes

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring sales or field staff

• Immediate joiner preferred

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
