HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team at Emerald Leisures Limited to manage the full-cycle HR process for the organization. The tasks include recruiting the candidates and taking for the operational part.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹13000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Screen Resumes,Conduct Interviews and Evaluate Tests

• Leave and Attendance Management and Vendor Management

• Handling employee grievances and conducting employee management activities.

• Payroll Management

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Computer knowledge is must -able to work on Ms Word,Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint

A candidate must be open to working 6 days working and 9 hrs duty.
