HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective closures across a range of technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.  Understand and analyze hiring requirements across different technical skill categories.  Take ownership of challenging recruitment demands and ensure successful closures.  Conduct offer negotiations and manage candidate engagement until onboarding.  Collaborate daily with clients via calls and WhatsApp groups to organize interviews and track results. Requirements:  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
