We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective closures across a range of technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Understand and analyze hiring requirements across different technical skill categories. Take ownership of challenging recruitment demands and ensure successful closures. Conduct offer negotiations and manage candidate engagement until onboarding. Collaborate daily with clients via calls and WhatsApp groups to organize interviews and track results. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
