We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related communications.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events.
Help in administering HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
