Floor Manager

Job Summary:

The Floor Manager (Admin) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining discipline, and supporting staff productivity. The role involves coordination, supervision, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and administrative activities

• Ensure proper allocation of tasks among admin staff

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of employees

• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly

• Maintain office facilities, cleanliness, and infrastructure upkeep

• Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth functioning

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Conduct regular floor rounds and inspections

• Prepare reports on daily activities and performance
