एक फील्ड रिक्रूटर की नौकरी का विवरण फील्ड स्तर पर उम्मीदवारों की पहचान करना, भर्ती प्रक्रिया को संभालना, उम्मीदवारों के साथ संबंध बनाना और कंपनी की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए सही प्रतिभा को आकर्षित करना है। इसमें स्थानीय समुदायों से संपर्क करना, साक्षात्कार लेना, पृष्ठभूमि की जाँच करना और भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए आवश्यक कागजात को सत्यापित करना शामिल है। 

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

• उम्मीदवारों की पहचान और सोर्सिंग: फील्ड विज़िट, रेफरल और स्थानीय नेटवर्क के माध्यम से संभावित उम्मीदवारों की पहचान करना।

• भर्ती प्रक्रिया का प्रबंधन: शुरुआती स्क्रीनिंग, साक्षात्कार और पृष्ठभूमि की जाँच करना।

• दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन: उम्मीदवारों के शैक्षिक और पहचान दस्तावेज़ों का सत्यापन करना।

• सक्रियता और संपर्क: स्थानीय समुदायों, प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों और प्लेसमेंट सेल के साथ संबंध बनाना।

• रिपोर्टिंग: उम्मीदवार डेटाबेस बनाए रखना और दैनिक/साप्ताहिक भर्ती रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

• उम्मीदवारों के साथ समन्वय: उम्मीदवारों को उनकी ज्वाइनिंग और ऑनबोर्डिंग प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना।

• अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना: भर्ती के दौरान कंपनी की नीतियों और वैधानिक आवश्यकताओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
