Field recruiter

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit different areas to hire delivery partners / riders for companies like Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, and Flipkart.

• Conduct on-ground marketing and candidate sourcing activities.

• Collect candidate details and help them with the onboarding process.

• Coordinate with HR and operation teams for smooth joining.

• Maintain daily reports and update data in Excel / Google Sheets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Other

• Smartphone with internet

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

• Performance-based incentives for each successful hiring
