Swiggy is hiring a Blue Collar HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar candidates such as delivery partners, warehouse staff, and field executives. The candidate should be able to handle bulk hiring and coordinate with operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, field hiring, and referrals
Conducting interviews and initial screening
Managing joining and documentation process
Coordinating with team leaders for manpower requirements
Maintaining daily hiring reports
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in bulk hiring preferred
