Manage day-to-day office operations.

Assist in preparing MIS reports or administrative summaries.
Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks.
Organize calendars, reminders, and travel arrangements.
Manage meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
Assist in onboarding new employees (documents, IDs, orientation).
Maintain leave records and employee attendance.
Help in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Manage petty cash, vouchers, and expense tracking.
Assist in invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the accounts department for administrative expenses.
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Support events, training sessions, and company activities.
Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
