Core Role:
· Handle reception Desk.
· Implementation of the policies in the company and maintain the decorum.
· Help management for recruitment, leave and attendance record and for other administrative tasks.
· Manage housekeeping work.
· Planning and implementing the employee engagement activities in the office.
· Prepare and update the administrative files of all the employees.
· Office administration work and works related to maintenance, internet, employees, hygiene, and others.
· Prepare and submit various reports and database as guided by management.
· Maintain stable relations with top management and bottom management.
· Taking care of the official usage of the Computers, printers, Xerox machine.
· Purchase of the stationary and refreshment for the office.
· Maintenance of the cartridge and toner of printer.
· Take care of IT, Internet complain, electric, lighting and plumber related problem.
· Every month prepare attendance report and calculation of salary.
