We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.

• Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment is plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.

• Experience working with diverse teams.
