Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and support management in organizational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and documentation.

  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely procurement.

  • Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.

  • Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and IT systems.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Assist in implementing administrative policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.

    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
