B2B quality, The role is to assist the team in vendor department to recruit new drivers and cabs for the company, ensure regular training sessions are given to driver and handle customer / driver escalations. Also act as the account manager for B2B specific clients. Work exp. of min. 3 yrs. Exposure to B2B sales and client engagement a must. Should be able to take ownership of assigned targets and achieve them with as a team. Should know Kannada, Tamil & English and well versed in basic computer and MS Excel.visit field get drivers from competitors
