Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates

  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment status

  • Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates, including documentation and joining formalities

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including resume tracking, interview feedback, and status updates

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment, especially in the non-IT domain


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in BPO, operations, or similar sectors

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple roles

  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate management


Desired Skills

  • Experience in recruiting for Material Quality Analysis or similar operational roles (preferred)

  • Understanding of contract recruitment (6 months/temporary roles)

  • Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and maintain quality standards

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills


Eligibility Criteria

  • 2+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment

  • Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
