About the Role

We are looking for an Outreach / Pitch Calls Executive to be the first voice of Gilco Global Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients over the phone, introduce our mobility solutions, and spark interest that leads to meaningful business conversations. This is an opportunity for a driven professional to grow into business development while contributing directly to the company’s outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach calls to prospective clients across industries.

• Deliver a clear, confident, and compelling pitch about Gilco’s products and services.

• Build rapport and create interest for follow-up meetings with the sales team.

• Log conversations, track responses, and update CRM records.

• Support ongoing marketing and sales campaigns through proactive calling.

• Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification (any stream).

• 0.5 – 2 years of experience in telecalling / outreach / inside sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).

• Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

• Ability to engage, listen, and handle objections professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools.

• A proactive, energetic, and target-driven approach.
