• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property visits, and appointments for sales executives.

• Maintain visitor logs, attendance registers, courier records, and office supplies inventory.

• Assist the sales and CRM teams with document handling, filing, and coordination tasks.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.

• Support HR/Admin in onboarding new employees and managing office events or activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
