Customer:

Ensure guest are properly greeted upon their arrival.  Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff                                     

l Effectively manage customer complaints- Respond to on-the-spot customer complaint and manage and rectifies issues within scope of authority if matter has escalated beyond their control

l Party Bookings Taking: Maintain the record whatever party taken By GRM should have maintained separately.

l Google Review target is 600 monthly and video Testimonial target is 100 for the month

 Birthday Party Booking and Management:

-Ensure seamless booking process for birthday parties, including timely responses to inquiries and efficient coordination with relevant departments.

-Personalize birthday party experiences based on guest preferences, such as special decorations, customized menus, and entertainment options.

-Oversee the smooth execution of birthday parties, including setup, service, and cleanup, to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.

- Follow the SOP and update all the reporting formats.

(Puno Advance and Pots & Plates) Review & Testimonials:

-Proactively gather feedback from guests who have availed the Puno Advance and Pots & Plates services.

-Analyze reviews and testimonials to identify strengths and areas for improvement in Puno advance and Pots & Plates services.

-Inform relevant departments to address if received any negative reviews.

- In a day minimum 50 review & 10 testimonials required for both Puno Advance and Pots & Plates.

In-House Event Handling and Organization:

-Collaborate with the Puno team to plan and execute promotional in-house events, aligning with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.

-Coordinate for Puno events, including venue setup, scheduling, and vendor management, ensuring seamless execution.

-Work closely with the marketing department to promote Puno events effectively through various channels, maximizing attendance and engagement.

-Conduct post-event evaluation and analysis, gathering feedback to refine future Puno events and enhance their impact on brand promotion and guest experience. Follow up with guests to inform them of any actions taken based on their suggestions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

Guest Interaction for PR (Public Relations):

-Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner to build positive relationships and enhance the brand image.

-Represent the organization during guest interactions, conveying key messages and promoting the values and services offered.

-Identify opportunities for media coverage or partnerships that align with the organization's PR objectives and facilitate their implementation.

Guest Issue Resolution:

-Address guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.

-Follow established protocols and procedures for handling guest complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

-Document guest complaints and resolutions for analysis and review, identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.

Show Round:

-Conduct show rounds for prospective guests, showcasing the facilities, amenities, and services offered by the organization.

-Tailor show rounds to highlight features that align with the guest's preferences and requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition.

-Follow up with guests after show rounds to answer any additional questions and assist with the booking process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to reservation.
