We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome guests and clients with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
Manage front desk activities such as receiving deliveries, handling couriers, and maintaining visitor logs.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist HR or Admin team with onboarding processes and document handling.
Ensure security protocols are followed for guest entry and staff movements.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience with multi-line phone systems.
Familiarity with office management tools and basic administrative procedures.
Basic knowledge of visitor management systems.
