Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and presentable candidates to join the Pharmaceutical Industry – Corporate Office as Receptionist Apprentices. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in front-office management, guest handling, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.

• Handle incoming calls, maintain call logs, and route calls to the concerned departments.

• Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.

• Assist in handling courier incoming/outgoing and maintaining related documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front-office operations.

• Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing simple reports.

• Manage email communication and follow-ups in English.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Any discipline).

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.

• Eager to learn and work in a corporate environment.

Preferred Candidate: Local candidates from Kandivali or nearby areas (Mumbai) will be preferred.
