Greet and attend visitors professionally
Handle incoming & outgoing calls
Manage the front desk and reception area
Maintain visitor logs and basic records
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Assist in basic office administration work
Support the sales/admin team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp handling
Organized, punctual and well-presented
Prior receptionist/accountant experience preferred
