Job Title: Education Counsellor / Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on handling student inquiries, providing career guidance, and converting leads into successful admissions while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: 1 – 5 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student leads generated through calls, social media, referrals, and events.
Provide accurate counselling to students regarding courses, career options, and admissions.
Regularly follow up with assigned leads to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain and update all lead details in the CRM/system after every interaction.
Achieve daily calling targets (approx. 100 calls including fresh and follow-ups).
Build strong relationships with students through clear and honest communication.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Monitor student needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with their goals.
Share weekly progress reports and updates with the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:

Ability to convince and convert leads into admissions.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and follow-up processes is preferred.
