The Admin and Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily office activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting internal office functions.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
Support staff with clerical and office-related duties
Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and presentable
We are looking for a Receptionist Executive to join our team at Sundaram Steels Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
