Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support the Founder and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the Founder and internal teams

  • Manage meetings, calendars, and schedules

  • Handle follow-ups and reporting

  • Manage office coordination and documentation

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
