The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, managing the front desk and carrying out administrative duties. Front Desk Management & Communication​Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors warmly as soon as they arrive at the office.​Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.​Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.​Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.​2. Administrative and Office Support​Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).​Schedule appointments and manage the meeting room booking calendar.​Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.​Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.​Keep the reception area and common rooms neat and presentable.​3. Support and Coordination​Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.​Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and other departments.​Update and maintain contact lists, employee directories, and visitor logs.​Qualifications and Skills​Required​Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).​Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, fax machines, printers).​Professional attitude and appearance.​Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that arise.​Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
