Job Opening: Gym Receptionist
Location: Paschim Vihar
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all gym-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and messages)
Manage sales activities including memberships and renewals
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional environment for clients
Handle public dealing and act as the front face of the gym
Maintain complete records (members, payments, leads, follow-ups)
Coordinate with trainers and management
Handle B2B work processes and client coordination (preferred)
Candidate Requirements:
Female and Male candidate with good communication skills
Energetic, talkative, confident, and always presentable with a smiling personality
Ability to handle the entire front desk independently
Basic fitness industry knowledge preferred
Sales experience is an added advantage
Qualification:
Undergraduate (minimum)
Experience:
6 months – 1 year (Gym / Fitness / Sales background preferred)
Working Timings (Split Shift):
Morning: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (7:00 AM option also available)
Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Last entry till 9:00 PM)
