Salary - Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 450,000 + Incentive + Foreign Trips

ü Manage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers ( ADRMs)

ü Supervise team of ADRMs

ü ADRMs will be assigned team of 15-30 existing advisors and not responsible for new advisor recruitment

ü Drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors
