Assist in vendor invoice verification and documentation.
Monitor employee attendance through attendance systems or manual reports.
Update and maintain daily attendance logs.
Coordinate with HR/admin for attendance discrepancies or leave records.
Assist in preparing monthly attendance summaries.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, and documentation dispatch.
Support HR/Admin team in routine office tasks and record keeping.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and managing calendars.
Ensure availability of office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
