Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Position Overview

FEPL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, organized, and polite Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage the front office and assist with basic administrative tasks.

The candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing couriers, and supporting office documentation and coordination activities.


Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.

  • Maintain a visitor register and entry log.

  • Inform concerned staff about visitor arrival.


2. Telephone & Communication Handling

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or person.

  • Take and record messages when required.

  • Maintain a call log register if required.


3. Courier & Document Management

  • Maintain inward and outward courier registers.

  • Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch and receipt of documents.

  • Ensure important documents reach the correct department.


4. Office Administration Support

  • Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.

  • Maintain organized filing of office documents.

  • Help maintain office stationery and supplies.


5. Meeting Coordination

  • Assist in arranging meetings and visitor appointments.

  • Prepare meeting room when required.


6. Coordination Support

  • Coordinate between office staff, vendors, and workshop when required.

  • Provide basic assistance to Admin / Accounts / Sales team/Stores.


Required Skills

Communication Skills

  • Good spoken English, Hindi, and basic Marathi preferred

  • Polite and professional phone etiquette

Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of:

  • MS Word

  • MS Excel

  • Email handling

  • Internet browsing

  • Printing and scanning documents

Personal Skills

  • Good organization ability

  • Multitasking capability

  • Attention to detail

  • Professional behaviour and appearance


Qualification

Preferred:

  • Graduate (any stream)

Minimum:

  • 12th Pass with good communication and computer skills


Experience

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years experience as Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.


Salary Range

₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
(Based on experience and skills)


Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
08:55 AM – 6:15 PM
