Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Female Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-spoken, and willing to learn the processes and systems of our laundry and dry cleaning business. She will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing orders, generating bills, maintaining records, and providing accurate service information.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers professionally at the counter.Tag and record all incoming customer orders accurately.Learn and efficiently operate the company’s CRM system for order management.Understand laundry and dry-cleaning services to explain processes clearly to customers.Provide customers with correct pricing information for services taken.Generate bills/invoices and handle cash, UPI, and other payment methods.Maintain customer records and ensure smooth order tracking.Coordinate with the backend team for order updates and delivery timelines.Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and effectively.Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area.Requirements:Female candidate preferred.Minimum education: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).Basic knowledge of computers; ability to learn CRM software.Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Willingness to learn the laundry & dry-clean business processes.Ability to work responsibly, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized.Prior front-desk or customer service experience is an advantage.
