Roles and Responsibilities

• Sweeping (Jhadu) and mopping (Pocha) of office floors

• Dusting of tables, chairs, cabins, windows, and office equipment

• Tea/coffee making and distribution to staff and visitors

• Cleaning and maintenance of the pantry/kitchen area

• Washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc.

• Bringing and taking office items (Samaan lana–lejana) as instructed

• Collecting courier, documents, or small office supplies when required

• Collection and disposal of garbage from all office areas

• Dumping garbage at the designated place

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office

• Keeping cleaning tools and materials in proper condition

• Assisting staff with basic office support work as assigned

• Reporting cleanliness, pantry, or maintenance issues to the supervisor

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ

• रोज़ाना कार्यालय में झाड़ू लगाना और पोंछा करना

• टेबल, कुर्सी, केबिन, खिड़की, दरवाज़े और अन्य सामान को साफ करना

• चाय/कॉफी बनाना और स्टाफ एवं विज़िटर्स को सर्व करना

• पैंट्री / किचन की सफ़ाई और रख-रखाव करना

• किचन के बर्तन, कप, प्लेट आदि धोना और साफ रखना

• ऑफिस का सामान लाना-ले जाना (सामान लाना-ले जाना)

• ज़रूरत पड़ने पर दस्तावेज़, कूरियर या कार्यालय का स्टेशनरी आदि का काम करना

• पूरे कार्यालय से कचरा इकट्ठा करना

• कचरे को निर्धारित स्थान पर डालना

• कार्यालय में साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना

• सफ़ाई से जुड़े सामान को सही ढंग से रखना

• स्टाफ को आवश्यकतानुसार सामान्य ऑफिस कार्यों में सहायता करना

• किसी भी सफ़ाई या रख-रखाव संबंधी समस्या की सूचना सुपरवाइज़र/मैनेजमेंट को देना

• टॉयलेट / वॉशरूम की रोज़ाना सफ़ाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना

• टॉयलेट में पानी, फिनाइल, साबुन आदि की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना

Salary: 10,000 per month
