Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to maintain cleanliness and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and able to perform basic administrative and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms)

• Handle office cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, and organizing

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

• Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and documents

• Run official errands (bank, post office, etc.)

• Monitor and manage office supplies and pantry stock

• Support other administrative staff as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (or equivalent)

• Basic understanding of office etiquette

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks

• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered

• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
