मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• ऑफिस में दस्तावेज़ और फाइलों को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाना

• ऑफिस में साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना

• चाय, पानी, और अन्य रिफ्रेशमेंट बनाना व स्टाफ को देना

• कूरियर और डाक का प्रबंधन करना (भेजना व प्राप्त करना)

• ऑफिस के सामान की देखभाल करना और समय पर स्टॉक भरना

• मीटिंग रूम की व्यवस्था करना (कुर्सी, पानी, बोर्ड आदि)

• ऑफिस के उपकरणों की निगरानी करना (प्रिंटर, लाइट, फैन, आदि)

• छोटे-मोटे रिपेयर और मेंटेनेंस कार्यों में सहायता करना

• स्टाफ को रोज़मर्रा के कार्यों में सहयोग देना
