Key Responsibilities:
· Perform daily dusting, mopping, and general cleaning of office premises.
· Maintain hygiene in workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
· Handle pantry duties: prepare/serve tea, coffee, and water; manage pantry stock.
· Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the pantry area.
· Assist with routine office tasks such as handling couriers and arranging meeting rooms.
· Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.
· Maintain basic records of pantry and cleaning supplies.
· Coordinate with Admin/HR for replenishing materials.
· Arrange monthly celebration activities.
· Assist occasionally with office decoration work.
· Manage office opening and closing (8 AM to 8 PM).
· Work flexibly when required, beyond standard hours.
· Join the team for activity-related tasks when needed.
· Conduct weekly deep cleaning every Saturday.
· Saturday responsibilities (no employees present): deep cleaning, glass panel cleaning, carpet vacuuming, furniture and chair cleaning, reception and pantry mopping, and entrance cleaning.
