Position Overview

The Office Boy will support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organised, and smooth-functioning workplace. This role involves basic administrative assistance, hospitality duties, and helping staff with routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, pantry, and common areas

Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors

Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document delivery

Assist with filing, organising documents, and simple clerical tasks

Manage pantry items and office supplies; report shortages to admin

Help in preparing meeting rooms and assisting during office events

Run small errands within or outside office premises when required

Support staff with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations

Polite, punctual, and responsible

Good personal hygiene and grooming
