Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their home environment according to the prescribed care plan.

• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, vital signs, and progress to the supervising physician or nurse manager.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.

• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.

• Educate patients and families about disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians, etc.) to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed at all times.

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
