Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their home environment according to the prescribed care plan.
Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, vital signs, and progress to the supervising physician or nurse manager.
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families about disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians, etc.) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed at all times.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
