Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Assist in medical procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed strictly.

• Support patients and families with emotional care and health education.

• Manage nursing supplies and maintain cleanliness in the patient area.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification

• Registered with State Nursing Council

• Basic knowledge of patient care, emergency protocols, and documentation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, attentive, and professional approach

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ICU, ward, or OPD settings (if applicable)

• Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations calmly
