We are looking for a Hospital Ward Boy & Ward Girl to join our team at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must.
Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
Qualification
• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) preferred.
• Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass candidates with hospital experience may also apply.
• Basic understanding of patient care and hospital environment.
Experience Required
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience preferred in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
• Experience in patient shifting, wheelchair / stretcher handling, and ward assistance will be an advantage.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or diagnostic centers preferred.
• Freshers with nursing assistant training or healthcare certification may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist nurses in shifting patients between wards, operation theatres, and diagnostic departments.
• Provide wheelchairs or stretchers to support patient movement.
• Assist elderly or critical patients while moving within hospital premises.
• Help maintain cleanliness and discipline within ward areas.
• Transport patient files, medical reports, and small equipment between departments. • Assist hospital staff during emergency patient transfers.
• Follow hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling of wheelchairs, stretchers, and hospital beds.
• Report patient requirements or ward issues to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper uniform while on duty.
Note: Candidates with prior experience working as Ward Attendant / Ward Boy / Ward Girl in hospitals will be given preference
