KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor vitals (BP,Pulse,Temperature,SPO2).

• Wound dressing and infection control

• Medication administration (oral, IV.IM)

• IV Cannulation, catheter care, feeding tubes (RT, PEG)

• Diabetes care (insulin, sugar monitoring)

• Patient assessment and daily reports.

• Post- operative and chronic illness care.

• Good communication and patients.
