Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
Conduct meetings and site visits with clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Graduate Preferred (Any Stream)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Noida/Greater Noida.
Ability to convince and close deals.
