Accounts And Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

• Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements.

• Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.

• Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficient in accounting software - Tally Prime.

• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.

• Working knowledge of Indian taxation laws.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
