About the Role

Malgotech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing startup in Bangalore, is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in core accounting functions and eager to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets

• Handle GST filing, compliance, and invoicing

• Perform daily accounting entries and bank reconciliations

• Maintain accurate ledgers, bills, vouchers, and transaction records

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Assist with internal audits and statutory compliance

• Generate financial reports and share insights with management

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (internship experience not counted)

• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, P&L, Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management abilities

• This is a startup role: currently no PF or ESI provided

• This is an on-site position in Bangalore; remote work is not available

• Salary will be finalized based on skills and experience
