Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Vespa and Aprilia scooters.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using proper tools and equipment.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
Carry out engine, brake, clutch, suspension, and electrical system repairs.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workshop area.
Record daily job cards and update service logs accurately.
Ensure timely completion of all jobs assigned by the Service Advisor / Workshop Manager.
Assist in warranty claim procedures and part replacements.
Provide excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
