Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Vespa and Aprilia scooters.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using proper tools and equipment.

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.

• Carry out engine, brake, clutch, suspension, and electrical system repairs.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workshop area.

• Record daily job cards and update service logs accurately.

• Ensure timely completion of all jobs assigned by the Service Advisor / Workshop Manager.

• Assist in warranty claim procedures and part replacements.

• Provide excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
