Location: Hyderabad
Meet and network with Architects, Clients, Real Estate Developers, PMC Consultants, and Engineering Firms to generate project leads
Identify upcoming construction, interior, industrial, and MEP projects and position DNR as a preferred service provider.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to build brand visibility.
Coordinate with site teams, architects, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and approvals by acting as the communication bridge between site and client.
Track project progress
Coordinate with Head Office for drawings, quotations, proposals, and technical documents required for both projects and marketing activities.
Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all project and business development activities.
Prepare and submit weekly visit reports, market intelligence, and lead updates.
Assist in proposal preparation, cost estimation follow-ups, and payment coordination where required.
Maintain professional relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Support branding and promotional activities in the region when needed.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil / MEP
Experience: 1–5 years in project coordination / business development / marketing in construction, MEP, interiors, or real estate sector
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Technical understanding of drawings & site processes (added advantage)
Two-wheeler & willingness to travel locally
