Experience: 1 - 5 years in medical sales, currently working as a Medical Sales Representative

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and healthcare providers

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices

Experience with surgical devices or implantable technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Tasks:

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide product support and training to customers

Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
